Seldoc are looking for GPs to work 
within the GSTT @home service 
using their in depth experience 
and skills to provide excellent 
care to patients in their usual 
place of residence. 
 
We have a variety of weekday 
and weekend daytime shifts at 
excellent rates of pay. 
A Multidisciplinary approach to Patient care in the community 
working alongside allied health professionals. 
A Hospital @ Home setting doing your bit keeping your patient 
away from or minimising their time in hospital. 
Exposure to a variety of acute presentations such as CCF Exacerbations/COPD. 
Exacerbations/Managing abnormal bloods/Palliative Care and much more. 
Your chance to stay in tune with Secondary Care Medicine doing ECG's, 
Venepuncture, Cannulation, Setting up IV Lines, Bladder Scans & much more. 
Being able to work in a fast paced environment. 
Working in close partnership with GSTT Secondary Care Teams. 
Undertake joint visits with a Nursing Assistant covering SEL known for its 
diversity and health inequalities. 
An opportunity to build a portfolio career working within an integrated care system. 
Receive professional support and guidance from clinical and medical 
directors in Seldoc and GSTT.

Our Clinicians include GP’s, Pharmacists, Paramedic Practitioners and Physician Associates. 

Over 150 local GPs currently provide out-of-hours care via SELDOC’s GP rota system. This is supported by the ‘Coordinate my Care’ package, enabling staff to access patient records, including Special Patient Notes (SPN) and other information. 
 
As a highly successful and respected provider of out-of-hours care in South East London, SELDOC has expanded to cover out-of-hours primary care in the South West London in association with Vocare and is seeking to recruit like-minded GPs. 
 
We have developed the first specific online out-of-hours e-learning package for GPs and operate a thorough induction programme. We also operate a GP registrar training programme and regular ongoing training events on a variety of medical, governance and caring techniques.
