As a primary and urgent healthcare provider for the NHS across South London, SELDOC is committed to helping the local population get the urgent help they need, when they need it.
Urgent Care in South East London With a current focus on Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, we work with hospitals, GP practices, PCNs, Federations, London Ambulance Service and Commissioners to provide out of hours and urgent primary care across the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS). We offer out of hours primary care for every practice in our three core boroughs. This is achieved via: • Telephone and video consultations • Face-to-face appointments in consulting rooms and patients' homes • Primary Care in Urgent Treatment Centres and Emergency Departments • Clinical Assessment Services to support The London Ambulance • Urgent clinical advice to support emergency workers when they are ‘on scene We work with partners to ensure that patient journeys are simple and effective.
Urgent care in South West London
In partnership with the Practice Plus Group, we provide primary care and urgent treatment for NHS patients in the South West London boroughs of Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton when daytime surgeries are closed.
Patients are booked into our service by NHS 111, with appointments offered at either St Georges or St Helier hospitals.
