An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join the newly formed private healthcare subsidiary of the SELDOC Group based in Norbiton. 

This new dynamic and forward-thinking subsidiary organisation provides Corporate Health and Wellbeing services by combining new state-of-the-art technology with the highest quality healthcare.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus (OTE Double Basic Salary) 
Location: SELDOC Offices – Norbiton / Remote working 
Reporting to: Head of Sales (Private Sector) 
Contract: Permanent – 37.5 hours p/w 

Job Summary 

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will drive revenue and growth from lead generation through to contract signature. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop exceptional relationships with your customers to encourage repeat business and recommendations. 
 
There will also be the requirement to provide support to the Sales Director for SELDOC’s NHS contracts. 
 

Role Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for the delivery of agreed sales and goals in line with the respective Business Plans. Such goals include: 
Private subsidiary: 
• On target revenue and margin by customer group 
• Sales leads in line with plan 
• Contribution to the development of new and refinement of existing products and services to meet current and future customer needs 
• Customer relationship outcomes in line with agreed customer development plans 
• Opportunity/sales pipeline development 
 
NHS: 
• On target revenue and margin by customer group 
• Sales leads in line with plan 
• Contribution to the development of partnerships with NHS organisations 

Ideal candidate 

The ideal candidate will have: 
 
Proven experience of delivering effective sales revenues in excess of £10 million 
Experience of success in a sales role delivering on target sales and relationship outcomes 
A deep experience in and understanding of healthcare 
The ability to build and execute sales campaigns which build sales and strengthen brand credentials 
Experience of operating effectively at Management Level 
A clear understanding of the Corporate Wellbeing market as well as NHS operations – the associated protocols and the key factors which drive decision making – strategically and operationally 
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with corporate customers in the ‘for profit’ sector, delivering on target outcomes 
Be an effective leader 
A university degree
