Medical Director 

This role has the overall responsibility for the safety and clinical effectiveness of all SELDOC Group services, delivering an effective clinical governance regime in all parts of the organisation and its subsidiary companies. 

 

As an Executive Director and Clinical Leader, the post holder will be an integral part of the organisation’s growth strategy and provide visible leadership across the organisation – especially for clinicians working in the service and in central roles. 

 

You will have strong clinical leadership qualities to lead the development of our strategic vision and further enhance, develop, and shape clinical services. 

 

The ideal candidate will be proactive and approachable with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, patients, senior managers, clinicians, healthcare providers and other key stakeholders. Experience of primary care is an advantage but most of all we need a GP with a proven record and desire for service improvement.
