@Home Service in Southwark and Lambeth CCG
SELDOC are seeking to recruit more Duty Doctors to support the provision of high quality patient care at the @ home services in Southwark and Lambeth.
We are now looking to supplement our team of high calibre in & Out of Hours GP’s in urgent care. Sessions available Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm, as stated below. Weekend working options are also available if desired.
Our ethos is to provide high quality care to patients and we work to a robust clinical governance framework that provides our commissioners, patients and colleagues with assurance about the services.
Sessions available 08.00 – 16.00, 7 days a week and 10.30 – 18.30, Mon – Fri.
And/or 08.00 – 20.00, 7 days a week.
The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care, with the additional responsibilities of acting as support to the @home service. They will act as a role model and lead by example, in the delivery of high quality patient care, that is sensitive to the patients’ needs.
The SELDOC GP service will provide contemporary, evidence based treatment and care that maximises clinical outcomes through:
- effective clinical leadership.
- evidence based practice that is proactive, responsive and innovative.
- supporting the wider MDT with appropriate skills and experience.
- maximising the quality of patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- effective recording of activity to inform safe practice, service development, cost and quality.
