Urgent Care in South West London
In partnership with the Practice Plus Group, we provide primary care and urgent treatment for NHS patients in the South West London boroughs of Croydon, Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton when daytime surgeries are closed.
Patients are booked into our service by NHS 111, with appointments offered at either Croydon University Hospital, St George's or St Helier hospitals.
Urgent Care in South East London
With a current focus on Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, we work with hospitals, GP practices, PCNs, Federations, London Ambulance Service and Commissioners to provide Out of Hours and urgent primary care across the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS).
South West London
Our service covers four of the six boroughs in the region –
Croydon, Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton – and is delivered in partnership with Practice Plus Group (PPG).
Our urgent care provision includes face-to-face appointments when daytime GP surgeries are closed and often when other care is not available.
Urgent Care when Patients need it
Patients are booked into our service by NHS 111. Appointments are offered at one of our bases in either Croydon University Hospital, St George's or St Helier Hospital. We are proud to have been delivering urgent care to South West London patients for more than nine years.
In all of our services we meet and exceed our patient key performance indicators of 95% and our patient satisfaction is good or better in more than 85% of cases.

South East London
We work with hospitals, GP practices, PCNs, Federations, London Ambulance Service and Commissioners to provide not only Out of Hours but urgent primary care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We continue to extend our network of colleague organisations across the whole of South East London, enabling us to improve patient care. Our service portfolio in South East London includes Out of Hours primary care on behalf of every practice within our four core boroughs.
