South London Urgent Care
SELDOC is a primary and urgent healthcare provider for the NHS across South London.
We are commissioned by the NHS to deliver urgent care services in South East and South West London. We are committed to helping the population of South London get the urgent help they need, when they need it.
Urgent Care in South East London Our provision of care includes services to local people across the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) – with a current focus on Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. We work with hospitals, GP practices, PCNs, Federations, London Ambulance Service and Commissioners to provide out of hours and urgent primary care. We continue to extend our network of colleague organisations across the whole of South East London, enabling us to improve patient care. Our service portfolio in South East London includes out of hours primary care on behalf of every practice within our three core boroughs. Our services include: • Telephone and video consultations • Face-to-face appointments, in our consulting rooms • Face-to-face appointments in people's homes • Primary Care in Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) and Emergency Departments (EDs) • Clinical Assessment Services to support The London Ambulance Service (LAS) • Urgent clinical advice to support emergency workers when they are ‘on scene’ We work with partners to ensure that patient journeys are simple and effective.
Urgent care in South West London
Our healthcare services for South London also include urgent care provision for South West London. Our core focus is currently on the boroughs of Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton.
