Physiotherapists for Primary Care Networks 
 
We provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care tailored to each patient’s needs. Patients can be referred seamlessly through practice reception teams using agreed criteria, by GPs, or by SELDOC Physiotherapists, ensuring timely access to the right care. Our service offers both remote and in-person consultations, giving patients flexibility and convenience. 
 
By enabling First Contact Physiotherapists to assess and treat MSK conditions directly, we help reduce pressure on GP appointments while improving patient outcomes through faster, specialist-led care. Based in Lewisham, our service operates: 
 
Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm 
Friday from 12noon to 8.00pm 
Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm 
 
Registered patients of the PCN GP practices can book pre-scheduled routine appointments during these hours. 

Enhanced Access for Primary Care Networks 

SELDOC provides Enhanced Access GP services for selected Primary Care Networks across South East and South West London. Appointments are available from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. By working directly within EMIS, SELDOC ensures patient records and updates remain fully aligned with each patient’s registered GP practice.
