The UTC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering assessment and treatment for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
Patients can access the service by calling NHS 111, walking in, or via referral from a healthcare professional. King's UTC now uses eConsult eTriage system — a clinically developed digital check-in process designed to get you to the right care more quickly.
On arrival, patients should go directly to the A&E reception where the eTriage kiosks are located.
Staff are always on hand in A&E to help if you need assistance with the kiosks.
