An excited opportunity has risen to work at our head office based in Norbiton. We require an enthusiastic Rota Administrator to join the Rota team.
The Rota Administrator is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operation within the out of hour’s service, to manage the clinical and operational rotas to ensure that capacity meets demand in order for South East London Doctors Co-operative (SELDOC) to be responsive.
The role involves making outbound calls to clinicians in order to fill shifts, often at short notice, as well as handling incoming queries from GPs, nurses and managers.
Who we are:
SELDOC is a GP co-operative operating in south London for nearly 20 years, providing unscheduled and non-urgent community services to local patient populations.
SELDOC is one of last remaining out of hours’ services owned and run by GP practice members in a Cooperative model. This business model ensures local ownership and engagement from GP practice members in line with government strategy for managing the demands of unscheduled care.
SELDOC hold a number of other Primary Care led contracts in Urgent Care Centres, walk-in centres, Home Ward and out of hour’s services in South West London.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who have/are:
- A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Able to work calmly and under pressure
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literature including MS Office packages
- Keen to learn new skills and develop in the role
