Current job opportunities
We currently have ACP (Advanced Clinical Practitioner) job opportunities to join the SELDOC Healthcare team and are offering contracted roles with face-to-face clinics and home visiting.
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioners who can work autonomously within a wider healthcare team. Experience for the role can come from a nursing or paramedic background and we are also looking for experience in a primary and/or urgent care setting.
The ideal candidate will be educated to an advanced level of practice. Must be able to work with children of all ages.
Remuneration:
from £45.00 per hour subject to experience and location
Base:
South London area and remote
Rota:
Full-time and part-time including on call shifts
Roles and responsibilities of ACPs
Will work autonomously within a health care team consisting of Shift Managers, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, GPs, Drivers, Call Handlers and Receptionists.
The composition of this team will vary from shift to shift and Advanced Clinical Practitioners must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff members.
Be clinically competent to deal with patients of all ages, of a diverse nature managing all clinical presentations.
Will be required to use a multi skilled approach. Whilst using the available technology, the ACP will use effective listening and communication skills and patient records in order to make clinical decisions.
Must be able to retrieve and use information regarding healthcare provision in the patient’s locality, allowing appropriate referral where necessary.
Engage in professional development activities, including regular audits, peer support forums and educational sessions.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of care delivery.
