Our Story 

In 1996, SELDOC was established as a GP co-operative to provide out of hours primary care to patients across south east London. Our local knowledge and experience over the past 27 years has resulted in strong relationships with other local partners and we now provide services for 2 million patients. We have developed and expanded our services for the benefit of our patients.

Our People 

We are a clinically led organisation where every decision we make is focused on our patients. For us, good care is everything. We have a diverse workforce which includes clinical professionals, project managers, operational leaders, business professionals and administrators. We recognise and value the importance of our workforce and the role that each individual plays in delivering excellent care. 

Executive Team 

We have a multidisciplinary executive team which has more than one hundred years of combined NHS experience in healthcare. Its skills have been gained in primary and secondary care in multiple settings. This team leads SELDOC clinically, operationally and financially. Where it makes sense for patients, we extend our reach into new services and new geographies. 

Board of Directors 

Keith Westcott 
Chair of the Board 
Over the past 35 years, Keith has held senior positions in many organisations of different sizes and structures. Keith has extensive experience from large corporates, mid-range plcs. and small start-up businesses - he also held the role of MD of Ericsson UK and VP Ericsson NW Europe for a large part of his career. He joined the SELDOC Board in 2018 and his focus is on developing the organisation to reach its true potential. 
Steven Pink 
CEO 
Steven has held senior leadership roles in the UK and the US across different sectors and organisations including the NHS, Bupa, British Airways, Natwest and Marks & Spencer. He joined SELDOC as CEO in November 2017. Having led the SELDOC team through a period of significant positive change, Steven is now leading the team through the next phase of the SELDOC journey, focusing on new services and continuous improvement in patient care. 
Sue Braysher 
Board Non-Executive Director 
Chair of Quality Committee 
Sue has over 35 years of experience in working in senior commissioner and provider roles in the NHS largely across Kent, Surrey & Sussex. She is a qualified accountant and has specialised in system transformation and best use of available resource to deliver high quality healthcare. Her most recent role was to develop an integrated care partnership in Kent across 3 districts and boroughs focusing on population health and managing the system response to the Covid pandemic. 
Dr Robin Rastogi 
Vice Chair - Non-Executive Director 
Robin has worked as a GP for over 20 years and over this time has set up Urgent Care Centre models at Guy’s Hospital, encompassing primary care. He has developed an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing GPs on the front line. He joined the SELDOC Board in 2010 as Chair of the Finance Committee. Robin is passionate about the difference SELDOC can make to the people of south London and beyond. 
Clive John 
Chair of Finance Risk and Audit Committee 
Clive has significant experience in financial management and business growth that he has accumulated from a long career in accountancy and private equity businesses. He has held previous healthcare board positions with Radiology Reporting Online LLP and Lodestone Patient Care Ltd. He joined the SELDOC Board in 2019 and chairs the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and also the Remuneration Committee. 
Dr Jayesh Patel 
Non-Executive Director 
 
Jayesh has worked in the NHS for over 16 years and holds a variety of roles within primary care. He is concurrently the Chair of the Lambeth GP Federation and a GP Partner at Pavilion Medical Centre and Hetherington Group Practice. Jayesh joined the SELDOC Board in 2018 and has a specialist interest in healthcare modelling and procurement. 
Ian Ayres 
Board Non-Executive Director 
Ian is an experienced NHS System Leader and Chief Executive who has built and led a range of successful NHS organisations over many years. He has worked with GP leaders in various systems over his NHS career, in London, Norfolk and Kent. 
He also worked with BUPA for several years gaining experience of how the private sector approaches health care. Recently he has played a key NHS role in the Kent and Medway system, developing, and supporting the transition into an Integrated Care System. 
Prior to working in the NHS he worked for many years in BP in line management and internal consultancy roles. 
 
 
Dr Amina Albeyatti 
Medical Director 
 
Amina has worked in numerous roles within the NHS over the past 15 years with experiance in General Surgery and Emergency Medicine. She moved into General Practice in 2018 and has worked with SELDOC since 2017 and has recently taken on the leadership role to support the Clinical Governance team. 
Amina is passionate about delivering high quality healthcare all day everyday for our patients by promoting a strong team spirit between all areas of the workforce and supporting open communication and learning.
