The SELDOC process for managing complaints was designed to be straightforward to use and to enable us to address your concerns properly. SELDOC complaints procedure is inline with NHS guidelines and procedures. 

If you would like to make a formal complaint or have a concern please contact our complaints manager who is available from Monday-Friday working hours. Please call 020 8299 2619 and select the complaints option.

Alternatively, please email seldoc.complaints@nhs.net, with full details of your complaint.
