Patient Survey

SELDOC is keen to maintain a high standard of service, and as an important feature of our quality monitoring we ask a proportion of patients (or their carers or guardians) to give their opinions and comments about the way their problem was handled. We send Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires out to every 5% of patients we treat. If you receive one please take a few minutes to fill it in and send it back - we continuosly looking into ways to improve patient care, so we take seriously what our patients say.
