We can assure patients of complete confidentiality. Your rights are also protected by the Data Protection Act.

SELDOC is computerised and registered under the Data Protection Act. Personal information will be confidential to the NHS unless you have given permission in writing.

In the interest of safety and security for patients and staff and for the purposes of training all telephone calls are recorded.
