Do you know about the Health Help Now app?
South East London has a website and app, Health Help Now, to help people find the right treatment for health problems, especially when they are not sure what to do or who to contact.
It has details of services that people can access without referral such as GP practices, dentists, pharmacists, urgent care centres and more. It also includes phone numbers for a range of helplines.
The web app is available at www.healthhelpnow-nhs.net and can be saved to a mobile phone, tablet or computer for easy use. To find the downloadable apps, just search Health Help Now in the Apple app store and the Android Google Play store. You can also follow on Twitter @NHSHealthHelp.
